His experience includes working as a Delivery and QC Manager at Newfilms and LKC, where he developed a deep understanding of international delivery standards, quality assurance procedures, technical specifications, and end-to-end media workflows.

He also has hands-on knowledge of the technical infrastructure and operational requirements needed for TPN Gold Shield compliance, combining security awareness, workflow discipline, and production efficiency in his approach to media localization.

Alongside his operational background, Okay has advanced knowledge of computer systems, AI-assisted production tools, and digital content workflows. He is also proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Premiere Pro and other Adobe tools, developed through continuous self-learning and practical production experience.
